Old Muslim Necklace from Mindanao Philippines

This is an interesting necklace which has a container which was used to keep lipstick in.

This item is from the Southern Part of the Philippines. This is a 24 inche necklace. The pendant is made of real Philippine Coins from the US Occupation era. The ones I can determine the date of are 1944 and 1945. These are 5 peso coins which have been welded together to form the v shape of the pendant. Attached to the bottom of the coins is a small round metal container which I am told was used to hold lipstick. Two little metal bells are also attached to the coins next to the round container.
