Philippine Bolo in Monkey Skull Scabbard

Bolo with very unusual Open Wicker work Scabbard with a Monkey Skull On It!

I am not an expert in knives so I have included a number of pictures. The total length of the knife in the scabbard is 19 inches. The knife itself is 16.75 inches long and 2 1/8 inches at its widest part. The handle of the knife is 4.75 inches long. The monkey skull measures 3 inches from the skull to the mouth. He is missing almost all of his teeth but that is not unexpected on a dead monkey. The wicker like wrapping of the handle shows some wear but does not need any repair. There is some light surface rust on the blade; I have not cleaned it in any way. The blade is marked with what looks like a B or an 8 or maybe an hourglass. The bolo fits snugly in the sheath.
